San Andrés apartment in Camino Las Barranqueras 1A, with extraordinary views of the sea and the mountains, about 800 meters from the beach of Teresitas. It has exclusive swimming pool for guests of this apartment. Villa with separate entrance, has barbecue, sun terrace, garden, large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace ,, accommodate 4-5 people. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc very quiet .Zona located in a fishing village with restaurants and meals típicas.El apartment is located in the rural park of Anaga, with landscapes of great harmony and beauty. Among the natural habitats of the park are some of the best demonstrations of ecosystems canaries. They stand out for its well-preserved forests of laurisilva of their cumbres.Solo to 7 km. of the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (shopping, entertainment) public transport every 10 minutes. Parking at the door, cable TV, WiFi, car is a must because the house is situated on a hillside.

El apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas que genera la publicidad. Enclavado en una ladera de la preciosa villa de San Andrés con la playa enfrente,¡Extraordinaria cesta de frutas y vino de la tierra como bienvenida! Es ideal para ir en familia.Los chavales disfrutaron del jacuzzi, la piscina, y la sala de juegos enormemente.A destacar Pedro el anfitrión, ¡es la amabilidad personificada! Muchas gracias.Volveremos seguro.

“A Hidden Gem”

This villa is a real jewel in the crown. It caters for your every need. Pedro greets you with a huge smile and an even bigger tray of fresh fruit. It's position is a little remote so a car is a must. The views of the mountains everyday are a real treat and I am already missing them. We had 2 barbecues which were amazing and the facilities for this were great. The games room is huge, pool table, air hockey and we even transformed a piece of hardboard into a table tennis table. Lilo's and rubber rings, bat and balls, everything you need for fun in the pool. One of my favourite holidays ever. Please note: there is no oven and the bedrooms are very humid with no air just a fan. If you can live without an oven and with a bit of humidity, this place will be perfect for you. (We even made pizza's on the stove lol!) Thanks Pedro and Julia

“Una vacanza bellissima”

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima abitazione dal 9 al 16 agosto 2017. La casa è molto pulita e arredata benissimo. I proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime e hanno soddisfatto tutte quello che avevamo bisogno. Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio e abbiamo trovato una grande cesto pieno di frutta e una bottiglia di buonissimo vino. I nostri due bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo con i giochi nel box e la stupenda piscina. La vicina spiaggia di Las Teresitas è la piu' bella di Tenerife, anche il paesino S.Andres è molto bello e caratteristico. L'anno prossimo ci piacerebbe tanto ritornarci. We stayed in this beautiful home from 9 to 16 August 2017. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very kind and have met all that we needed. We arrived late in the afternoon and found a large basket full of fruit and a bottle of delicious wine. Our two children had a great time with games in the box and the wonderful pool. The nearby beach of Las Teresitas is the most beautiful in Tenerife, also the village of S.Andres is very beautiful and characteristic. Next year we would love to go back there again.

No complains, everything was perfect. Nice clean apartment, very beautiful location, quite. The owner very helpful . Definitely I recommend this proprety. The beach in San Andrés is very beautiful, I think is the most beautiful in Tenerife. Than you Pedro for nice stay :)

How do damage deposits work?
