La Villa "LAAD" a San Vito Lo Capo, é una villa energeticamente autonoma, alimentata da impianto Fotovoltaico con accumulo di 5Kw, climatizzatori in tutte le stanze, alimentata da Solare Termico (acqua calda), rivestita da "Cappotto termico", una vera delizia e relax trovarsi dentro nelle ore di caldo o di freddo. Si trova a 250 metri dalla splendida spiaggia e 150metri dal porticciolo turistico; occupa una superficie di 84 mq, con giardino di 130 mq, presenta un'ampia zona d'ombra per ristorarsi dal caldo estivo.(tavolo esterno con N°6 sedie).Si dispone su due piani: al piano terra si compone di soggiorno-cucina in muratura con cappa aspirante, camino, televisore, frigorifero, fornetto, pompa di calore, tavolo in legno con sei sedie in rustico, bagnetto con doccia c/f. Nel piano superiore si trovano invece 2 stanze da letto matrimoniali ambedue con pompe di calore in ogni stanza più un secondo bagno con doccia c/f e un balconcino prospiciente il giardino. Il giardinetto è dotato di un angolo doccia in muratura c/f (terza doccia).Il villa Laad può ospitare 4/5 persone. Per ulteriori informazioni, siamo a vostra disposizione. Presenta inoltre un posto auto riservato. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maurizio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
