Villa Poggioreale is an estate of 20,000 square meters used as an olive grove and orchard in which is located an ancient trullo to which additional rooms, for a total of two bedrooms (one double and one twin were attached), dining room, kitchenette and bathroom. The outdoor spaces are enriched by an exclusive and elegant swimming pool with Jacuzzi, made functional dall`arredo garden and a comfortable outdoor bathroom. In addition to the two wooden porches, there is also a cooking area with barbecue and wood oven for dine / lunch all`aperto. The estate is fully fenced and offers maximum privacy and tranquility. The particular position allows to easily reach the beautiful beaches of Lido Specchiolla (awarded with blue 2010) flag and the sea of ​​Ostuni, which is only 7 km. The nearest town is San Vito dei Normanni, follow the white Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, renowned for its food and wine culture, the baroque Lecce, the charming nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and international attractions such as golf clubs of San Domenico. Villa Poggioreale meets the needs of a family or couples wishing to enjoy a relaxing "Salento" holiday in contact with nature.

“Great house with fantastic pool and garden”

We had one week of vacation in Italy and stayed in this beautiful house with a fantastic garden with lemons, figs, olivs, mulberry much more. The house is well mainained and spacey. No problem with cooking and baking bread. The pool is big and clean and we felt well taken care of. We give the best recommendations. Some minor things from the description was missing like bikes, internet and DVD-player. But we still give it 5 out of 5!
