Spectacular view of the stunning Caribbean from two expansive balconies of this 3 bedroom beachfront condo on Ambergris Caye, just south of San Pedro. Sunset Beach has 200 feet of private sandy beach, a large pool, and a pier with palapa.

This 1800+sq. ft. condo is on the second and third floors. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a two huge balconies overlooking the sea. Sleeps up to 8. Beds include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Sunset Beach is a tranquil 12 condo resort south of town. The trip to town is 10 minutes by golf cart - close enough for convenience, but far enough to enjoy a quiet beach. There are several good restaurants and shops nearby.

Rates are based on 1-2 guests. Each guest over two is an additional $30/night.

September and October specials- One night free for bookings of 7 plus nights.

Also last minute discounts up to 20%.

Month long stays-15% to 30% discount.

Children 3 years and under are free although they do count as an occupant

Events such as weddings on the beach are encouraged! We have had many wedding parties book our entire complex.

Getting around

Only Belize nationals can have a vehicle on the island. Taxis are inexpensive and we also have bicycles with locks. We are only 2.4 miles south of San Pedro so this is a great option for getting around. You can also rent a golf cart, 4 or 6 seater, and our concierge can arrange this for you and have it waiting for you when you get to Sunset Beach!

Interaction with guest

I do not live on the property although I am there several times a year. Our concierge, Juan Carlos, will hand you the keys and take good care of you. He is also an incredible resource and can arrange tours and rentals for you.

Please be courteous of your neighbors. Quiet time is 10pm- inside and outside condos! If anyone is too loud or unruly, contact the offending person yourself or our neighborhood watch group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
