From the owner

Excellent location very close to local beaches, restaurants and San Pedro town. The apartment has a private roof top terrace and south facing balcony, ideal in winter months. WIFI is available and Engish TV. There are ceiling fans in every room and air con too. There is a well equipped private residents pool. It is excellent for biking and walking as it is very flat. Very safe and great for water sports and swimming in the Mar Menor.The airport is only 15 mins away. Pinatar sports arena 10 mins. Walk. You have everything you could want or need within half an. Also allotted parking space for the apartment behind secure locked gates.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Annita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
