3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS, SLEEPS 6, HOUSE OVERLOOKING THE NATURAL PARK "SALINAS Y ARENALES DE SAN PEDRO DEL PINATAR" with it interesting variety of bird life including flamingos.

Wake up to the SUN rising over the Salinas (salt lakes), with the MEDITERRANEAN beyond. Whilst you breakfast on the SUN TERRACE/ SOLARIUM see if you can spot the FLAMINGOS, or later wander or cycle down the road to the entrance to the park, you can usually see the flamingos in these first few pools, plus many other variety of birds. There is an interesting Information centre all about this Regional Park just 100m away.

And then enjoy the rest of the day choosing from a wide variety of options right on the door step or within a mile from here.....

There are plenty of interesting CYCLE and WALKING routes from here, through the Salinas, sand dunes, by the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean Sea. There are 2 places within 200m of the house where you can rent a variety of different bikes.

Approx 1 mile away are the HEALING MUD BATHS (FREE) AT LO PAGAN, by the MAR MENOR , with bars, restaurants, beach bars etc near by.

200 meters from the house, is a 4 star Hotel Thalasia with a spa.The Spa has mud treatments, massage, a warm salt pool with many different Jacuzzi places, sauna, steam etc..This is a nice option if you are visiting in the cooler months.

Swimming, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing , fishing, swimming, walking , cycling and much more, or relaxing on various beaches nearby - on the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean.

Ideal for families - the Mar Menor is quite shallow and warmer than the Mediterranean, making it popular for young children and families. Plenty of water sports to choose from.

The Spanish town of San Pedro del Pinatar is less than a mile away, with it's weekly market (Monday mornings), cafés, bars, restaurants, banks, shops, etc.

Excellent and helpful Tourist Information Centre approx. half mile away on way to the town.

100m away are the Botanical Gardens with a children's play area and terrapins in the pools and a café/bar with free wifi.

Around the corner there is Los Amigos Sports bar, catering for the Brits with British Sports and food, also with free wifi.

Just past the Sports Bar is the "Salt and Pepper" restaurant with excellent Spanish food.

Such a lot to do and see and discover - all on the doorstep, without the need of a car.

With a car it offers the opportunity to discover delights further afield .

Great for families, couples, ornithologists, sporty, outdoor and/or relaxing types......

Just a short distance from Murcia Airport (San Javier), a quirky little airport with regular "Red Arrow" displays over the Mar Menor!

The main bedroom (double bed) overlooks the Salinas and has it's own entrance onto the solarium.

There is also a separate entrance onto the solarium from the landing.

The second bedroom (twin) overlooks the communal pool at the back of the property.

The third bedroom (twin) is on the ground floor, so ideal for anyone who struggles with steps.

There is a 4 piece bathroom upstairs with shower over the bath, and a separate shower, basin and toilet downstairs.

The rest of the downstairs is open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a yard at the back and patio area to the front.

It is possible to park a vehicle on the patio area if need be, but the are parking spaces in front of the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
