Looking for a relaxing holiday right near the sea front and not far from the local air port and walking distance to the beach? We are pleased to offer our holiday home equipped to a high standard for your comfort. Our lovely 3 bed,duplex town house sleeps 6 people (6 comfortable single beds, 2 in each of the three bedrooms) . There is a bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor, and the showers are fabulously powerful.

On the ground floor is a spacious lounge / dining room and a well equipped kitchen for self catering purposes.

The villa has wi fi and English TV.

In the front garden there is table and chairs for al fresco dining.

This holiday is ideal for a relaxing, safe family holiday or for groups of friends wanting to explore this very Spanish area.

There is a gorgeous communal swimming pool with a children's area, just a few steps from the house where you can relax, swim or have fun.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with patio doors leading to a sun terrace, which is great for private bathing.

Should you want to keep on top of laundry a washing machine is located outside the back door for your convenience.

All bed linen is provided, plus a good supply of bath towels, however you will need to bring your own beach towels.

WOW Factor is botanical gardens, Spanish tapas bar (with free wi fi) and beautiful park with children's play area 200 meters.

Thank you for your detailed response, we have taken note of your findings. I am very pleased that you found the bedding and towels clean and plentiful. We regularly purchase fresh bedding and towels to ensure this. We have made our cleaners aware that the bathroom was not up to our usual high standard and that the fan blades need to be wiped. The outside area does get swept regularly, spain is often dry and dusty and we will make sure this is kept on top of in future. We are very pleased that you had a lovely holiday and grateful for your comments.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
