From the owner

This is a lovely ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, close to the beach in San Pedro de Alcantara. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Paseo and just 10 minutes to the centre of San Pedro and the new Boulevard. You do not need a car as all amenities are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is west facing so has a sunny terrace from midday through to the evening and overlooks the pool. It has a fitted kitchen with all the appliances you need to make a stress free holiday. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy a light snack or coffee. Off the kitchen is the utility area with washing machine.

The lounge has been tastefully furnished and has a dining area for 4 people. There is a flat screen TV with UK channels and there is Wifi throughout the apartment. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace which has direct access to the communal gardens and pool. There is also al fresco dining on the terrace for 6 people.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. It has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has an ensuite with a shower.

The apartment has security gates on the terrace doors and shutters on all other windows. It is fully air conditioned.

There is a large communal pool with a security glass fence and a life guard through out the summer season. There is also a kiddies pool and lots of sun beds.

With Puerto Banus and Marbella just a 10 minutes drive, this makes the perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
