Beautiful spacious penthouse, four bedrooms and large roof terrace with private pool close to the beach

Great 250 sq m penthouse for the big family or several couples. The location is first class with just a minute walk to the great beach of San Pedro. Within walking distance is also the bustling harbour of Puerto Banus with its world-class restaurants. The apartment contains a large kitchen and a living room for the full family. Three separate bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. A separate studio with en-suite bathroom completes the living quarters. On the roof terrace you have a full summer kitchen with barbecue, dishwasher and fridge. On the roof terrace there is also a private smaller pool for the hot summer days. The penthouse has also two other terraces in other directions functions well in all temperatures and all weather conditions.. From the 140 sq meters roof terrace you have great views of the Ronda Mountains, Sierra Blanca with La Concha, the rooftops of San Pedro and a little blue ocean belonging to the Mediterranean Sea. The penthouse is also fully equipped with Wi-Fi,(fiber 100 MB), air conditioning, satellite and internet television. In the community there is a large pool area with a tropical garden. A great place to spend the vacation or some time away from home with plenty of activities including city, hiking, golf and water-sports.

The Costa del Sol region

San Pedro

Down by the ocean there are nice sand beaches and a fantastic beach promenade. The beach promenade between San Pedro and Puerto Banus is a remedy for the soul and to those wanting to maximize that, the promenade continues all the way to Marbella. Along the promenade there are also several sand beaches, beach restaurants, bars, outdoor gym and playground for the children. It is only a 20 minute walk along the ocean to Puerto Banus, which is referred to as Spain's St Tropez.

If you need to break it off with something different San Pedro is only a walk away, it's a typical charming Spanish small town with many lovely cafés, tapas bars, restaurants, stores and milling crowds.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is one of the most beautiful areas on the Spanish coast, including the lovely Marbella, San Pedro and Puerto Banus There are lovely places to visit and shop, in addition to some beautiful beaches. If you hire a car, there are beautiful mountain villages such as Ronda and Mijas, which are well worth visiting. You could also take a drive to Gibraltar (about 40 mins by car) which is very good for shopping (don't forget your passports). Tarifa, just past Gibraltar, has the finest beaches in Europe. There are many historical sights to visit and Seville is only just over a 2 hour drive away and is spectacular. You also have the Sierra Nevada ski resport, which is approx 2 hour drive and is worth visiting there in the summer as well. It is 11,500 feet high and has amazing scenery. Also, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" is only a 10 minute drive away. The Costa del Sol, Marbella area, was voted one of the top 3 places in the world to go on holiday to, by the New York Herald.
