This is a beautiful and spacious two bedroom/ two bath ground floor apartment with communal swimming pool and situated in an array of tropical gardens. The interior of this apartment is of a very hight quality with superb open plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom. Both rooms have en- suite bath and shower facilities and fully fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning for the hot summer days and heating for winter visits.

The apartment also has high speed unlimited wifi access and full english TV including Sky movies and Sky sports.

This La Goleta apartment is home to a large pool and children's paddling pool, security and private underground parking.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and has something for everyone. It is located less than a minute walk to the beach where you can also find some wonderful beach restaurants and bars.

Just around the corner is a sports centre, which is home to a fabulous gym, padel/ tennis courts. If you are looking for a bit of culture then the Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara is a simple 2 minute walk. You can find something and everything here, from Spanish tapas and drinks in the many restaurants to local shopping. Every Thursday they have a very popular market here. Less than 5 minutes away is the very beautiful and glamorous Puerto Banus. Enjoy the fantastic shopping, beaches, yachts, restaurants and nightlife that it has to offer.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol or quite literally ' the Sun Coast' is exactly that - With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year it isn't difficult to understand why it is one of Europe's top holiday destinations.There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which can be played all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

San Pedro de Alcantara

San Pedro is a very comfortable walk from the apartment. An ancient farming community, famous for growing sugar cane, today San Pedro is unspoilt and still traditionally Spanish.The main street of San Pedro is Marques del Duero, which boasts many banks and shops, including a pedestrianized street, where you can find ice cream stalls and small bars.San Pedro is home to various fiestas, but the main one is the fair in October. The streets are lined with fairground stalls and rides.The beach front of San Pedro is a very short walk from the apartment also. Here you can find many beach bars and restaurants. San Pedro is also home to a market, held every Thursday. You will find fruit and veg, along with a lot of tradition!Puerto Banus:The dazzling marina of Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, trendy restaurants and bars, is a magnet for visitors to the Costa del Sol.Around the port are a string of café’s, bars and restaurants and a string of boutiques and gift shops. While restaurants of the quayside are the places to be seen, you’ll sometimes get better value from the small restaurants tucked away up flights of stairs on the back streets. A great place for spotting celebrities.At night the smart restaurants, trendy bars and clubs are filled with people.The street market is in Puerto Banus, near the bullring, starts early in the morning until 2 in the afternoon.Marbella: is one of the ritziest resorts on the Costa del Sol. The playground of the rich and famous.The town’s attractions include a thriving commercial centre, the coastal promenade, beach and yacht harbour and the Casco Antiguo (old town).A must is the ‘plaza de Los Naranjos’ (orange square) in the old town. “Superb”

The description for this apartment was spot on. When it states 5 minutes to the beach that was exactly what it was and it was a nice flat walk not up and down hills which some omit to say in their descriptions.. We have not stayed in San Pedro before and did not know what to expect, but will most certainly be returning either this year or next. The apartment was very large, had excellent facilities and the coolness of the apartment, due to being on the ground floor, was bliss after full days on the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselves all of the holiday. The service from the property manager Gemma was superb and we were in regular contact up to our arrival and departure. Would most definitely recommend this area and apartment
