Description

Casa de los Sueños, (House of Dreams) is beautiful contemporary house in a 3000 m2 lot in the country side. Waking up to the natural sounds of birds and serenaded by crickets in the evenings. The house has an incredible view to the Presa Allende (the large lake or reservoir). It is very quiet and spacious in every room, it has a big terrace, great garden, and swimming pool heated by a solar heating system. There are two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the other bedroom is with two individual beds. Each bedroom has an on suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a bath tub. There is high pressure water system so the water pressure throughout the house is very good. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The large glass doors of the living room open up completely to the outside garden. On the large terrace there is a grill or BBQ area shaded by trees.

The house is fully furnished, very stylish with a modern feel to it. It is regularly maintained and cleaned, kept up by the staff who live next door. They come two days per week but if guest request it before hand they can come more days.

Linen is in very good condition. For the winter we provide nice down comforters, everything you need for a great vacation.

In case you are going to the Otomi Horse Competition , the house is just across the lake and you can cross by a little boat run by the locals, (the locals can give you a ride across the lake for a small price).

Kayaking is a great pastime, in the large lake. There are two kayaks available for your use in the house, free of charge. The locals have horses and by request you can go for a ride.

A little shop is a few steps away from the house and you can get basic things every day and fresh fruit and vegetables on Saturdays.

Nice, safe and quiet community. Great place for kids to be running around and enjoying themselves.

There are two friendly dogs and two friendly cats that take care of the house. They live outside the house and are taken of by the caretakers of the house.

The house is 30 minutes drive from the heart of San Miguel De Allende, so a car is necessary.
