Located in the heart of San Miguel, in Colonia San Antonio, our house boasts all the amenities you would expect form a luxury hotel, including daily (from Monday to Saturday) maid service, and high speed WiFi, drinking water in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Along with our cute red hot tub found in our magical back patio. At the same time, you can live like a local, by taking advantage of the fully equipped red kitchen and the privacy our location affords smack dab in the middle of San Miguel most sought neighborhood where you will find two artisan bakeries, restaurants, and cafes.

A Charming, safe, conveniently located jewel of a house near Centro for up to 10 people

In Colonia San Antonio, within 10 minutes flat walk to Instituto Allende and the Jardín. This large house includes two suites, each with their own bathroom, plus an extra bedroom with terrace, and a family room with a sofa bed and bathroom. The sitting room off the master-suite also has a daybed. There are three areas to enjoy the outdoors, and a two- car garage. From the terrace on the second floor you may take a circular staircase up to our furnished rooftop terrace where you can can relax and enjoy a cool evening breeze, a great view of San Antonio Church, and the most beautiful sunsets in San Miguel.

Located on Stirling Dickinson, near the Real de Minas hotel, with ample taxis, this rental comes with full time maid and an optional cook. Filtered water, cable, two high speed internet connections and alarm system, makes this an ideal, private and comfortable location for a family, a couple, or for a large group of up to 10 people.

The first bedroom with 1 full bed is on the first floor with its own bathroom and opens up onto a lovely backyard with table and chairs and beautiful plants and trees. A perfect spot for having breakfast under a sunny sky. Also on the first floor is a family room with its own bathroom and flat TV and a sofa bed for two. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: the first is a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, a King size bed, and a furnished balcony where you may enjoy the sunrise over the mountains. The second bedroom has a full bed and a terrace. The family room has a sofa bed and a full bathroom.

Your Mexican home away from home has a well- equipped dream kitchen, and a dining room that seats up to 8. The housekeeper comes daily. Many charming and affordable neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, theater, art, music, and local markets are nearby, if you do not wish to always go to “Centro” with its noise and shortage of parking spaces.
