Cà My why this name?

Because this is not a house built for commercial purposes, this is my house, conceived, designed and created by me from my co-workers, the apartment is located within a building that contains all the best technologies of construction, 15 units are energy class "B" and the delivery in September 2013.

Specifically, Ca, I expressed my thoughts on safe and cosy house with a touch of luxury, the floors are Travertine marble, as well as the finish of the bath, and large shower tray (140 x 90) behind a tempered heating is handled as desired by the Guest, and is made by Fondital radiator decus in each room; The kitchen has been tailored by Carpenter Bevilacqua, Milan ecological as well as beds and wardrobes.

The decision to share with my guests is dictated by the pleasure of hospitality. The B&B "my Ca" is composed, on the first floor the main house, where you can stay, prepare breakfast and cooking, I live permanently on the third floor and can offer you a tasty dinner on request.

My friends will find everything you need for a stay of a few days as of a few weeks, garage, washing machine, dryer, TV and Wi-Fi home is 7 km. Terminal station in Pavia and at 9 km. Maugeri care hospitals and Mondino, as well as universities and campuses (easily reached by car via a sliding ring road)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
