This is a very personalized experience- not a hotel, not a hostel but a private residence with an ON-SITE HOSTs (me and my little Chinese Pug- Lady Pugglesworth and chihuahua, Señor Nacho live in the same apartment) that will cater to your needs. Coffee/tea provided.

Charming, super clean condominium oasis in a friendly urban neighborhood. It's nice to stay in a comfortable yet highly accessible location away from the congested tourist areas but close to all the local attractions- Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park Beach. Super close to the Convention Center and Muelle 15- literally minutes away.

Guest Access

Pets are welcome, provided they are well-trained, house broken, and friendly. Pets are considered an additional guest so if you're bringing your little one with you, please indicate as an extra 'person' when booking. Thank you :)

Interaction with Guests

I'm a native Californian and now call Puerto Rico my home for most of the year. I am usually on site and love to lend advice on sightseeing/local attractions and how to easily get around. The apartment is fresh, clean, pet friendly (I have a pug and a chihuahua who are very friendly and play well with others) and has complimentary high speed wifi. I'm here to make your stay as comfortably relaxing as possible. Namaste.

The Neighborhood

Authentic Puerto Rican urban, residential neighborhood. Safe, convenient and charming. Fabulous gourmet/health food market/deli (La Hacienda) three blocks away. A variety of wonderful restaurants, cafes, Fine Arts Cinema (a theater showing independent films) and historic landmarks.

We are freeway adjacent, which adds urban noise. If you are looking for absolute quiet this may not be the right place for you. Some days are peaceful, others not so much. If you're accustomed to city living you'll be just fine here.

Getting around

Convenient public transportation and/or cab service, which I'm happy to arrange for you. Bicycling is a wonderful way to explore San Juan- my location is five minutes via bike to Condado (roughly a 20 minute walk) and you can get to Old San Juan in about 20 on bike or five minutes by car.

All nice people are welcome :) LGBTQ friendly. I also have extra maps to help you get around.

Getting around

Public transport (buses) are a block away and cabs are always available (as is Uber). My neighborhood is completely walkable and safe, filled with wonderful restaurants, markets, cafes, parks, and a gorgeous lagoon.

Interaction with guest

I prefer to host adult guests who simply need a comfy bed in a clean house. My favorite guests busy themselves with activities during their stay and arrive/leave quietly. I work from home so I'm almost always here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
