From the owner

Our villa is in the very Spanish picturesque San Juan de los Terreros on the Costa de Almeria. With a very pleasant year round micro-climate and lovely hot summers it is the perfect place to stay. We have catered for all types of guests particularly families. In the past we have struggled travelling with cots/buggies/travel cot etc. We provide all these plus a high-chair, free of charge for families who require them. Hair dryers are provided and there are lots of books and DVDs and games. There is seating for six in the lounge and an extending dining table to seat six. There is plenty of outside space for relaxing and for children to play. There are two sets of patio doors One leading to the pool area and the others open onto a large patio where there is a large dining table and 8 chairs. There are six sunbeds and several chairs. In the back garden area there is a large bbq with a gas ring for a large paella pan for the budding chef to use! Accessed from the upstairs landing is a large solarium where you can sit and relax and maybe watch the fantastic sunsets over the mountains. Indoors there is free unlimited internet and the TV is by internet including Prime and Netflix The property is accessed by key/phone buzzer. It is secure for children to play. The house is a short walk away from an excellent bistro bar which serves lovely food Away from the house down in the village there are lots of restaurants/bars and two large supermarkets. Also a beautiful promenade skirts a beautiful large beach which is one of many clean blue-flag beaches along the coast

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
