From the manager

This lovely urbanization near the center of San Juan de los Terreros is quiet enough to relax but close enough to the amenities. With easy access from the motorway (E15 AP7) you will be sure to appreciate the stunning views of the sea and the mountains from the upstairs terraces. The private swimming pool is only steps away and the villa has an enclosed private garden secure for children to wander around and parking for 2 cars, a 20 minute walk into the center of the village will give you lots of restaurants and beach bars an very easy access to the wonderful promenade which runs along the incredible beaches of our village.

The villa itself is 10 years old and perfectly situated for a family holiday where the kids can run around the gardens or play in the private pool.

Our lovely house is accessed via a remote controlled security gate into the 350 m2 plot easy access to the front door. Inside is a separate kitchen (large fridge freezer/oven/hob/microwave etc) and good sized lounge/dining area (table and 6 chairs, 2 comfy sofas, 32' LCD Tv with Spanish TDT channels there are patios doors to an outside terrace for al fresco dining and perfect place to watch the sun slip behind the Sierra Aguilon mountains of an evening. There is also a free 10mb WIFI connection which allows streaming of UK TV/Movies and Radio via Android TV box. For European clients there is a dedicated 1m dish with double LNB (astra 1 +3) for French/German/Dutch and Flemish TV. (You must bring your own decoder)

Outside are 5 sun loungers a table and 6 chairs and near to the pool is a large brick built BBQ.

The kidney shaped pool is not overlooked and is approximately 8m x 4m in size, maintained all year round by our onsite property management company. San Juan Holidays [established 2004]

Ground floor bedroom has a twin beds, ample wardrobe space, and warm/cooling air-conditioning. There is a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle.

First floor has bedroom with twin beds, ample wardrobe space and warm/cooling air-conditioning .Patios doors to small terrace with mountain and sea views.

Bedroom 3 has double bed, large wardrobe space and warm/cooling air-conditioning.

    How do damage deposits work?
