This is a three bedroom two bathroom apartment on the sought after community of Beverly Hills.

The apartments offers great sea views, a large terrace great for sunbathing and barbecues.

Internally the property has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious open plan lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the terrace.

The terrace is south facing ( has blinds for shade) so it also makes a great property for a winter rental.

The community has a swimming pool, tennis courts and secure parking within the gated community. It is approx 10mins walk to the local bars and restaurants.

The local beaches are the best in the area and very safe for children. you hire bikes, kayaks, there's a local gym, Sunday market, Aguilon Golf and Lorca golf courses nearby.,
