A lovely family villa sleeping 4 people, walking distance to beaches and shops. This property is set in a quiet location with enclosed garden and private swimming pool. Uk TV [via internet], Spanish TDT channels and also a connection to an Astra 1+3 dish for receiving channels from France, Germany, Belgium etc [you must bring your own receiver to use these channels]. The TV satellite includes UK (BBC and ITV) channels and Spanish TV. Uk TV [via internet], Spanish TDT channels and also a connection to an Astra 1+3 dish for receiving channels from France, Germany, Belgium etc [you must bring your own receiver to use these channels]. The internet connection is free to use. Private roof terrace/solarium with open aspect. Fully equipped with everything you need for your family holiday. There is a kitchen lounge/diner with ample room for 4 people. Dishwasher and fridge freezer along with all the usual things in the fully equipped kitchen. Utility room with extra large sized fridge freezer and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, a large family bathroom and a WC. Large TV with Spanish and UK channels, DVD player. Warm and cool air conditioning for all year round holidays.

Wow, we are at a loss for words...... I could pick your review to pieces as most of it is completely false but I feel it would be a waste of time. You have rented from us twice in the past and been very happy but this time we feel as you were with friends you felt you had to prove a point. Any issues would have been resolved had we not allowed you into the villa 3 hours before normal check-in time and please be advised that we were not obligated to move you AT ALL. But because we valued your custom we did so at heavy cost to us. Considering every other review is either 4 or 5 stars I will leave the judgment of other travellers as to whether this is warranted or whether you were just having a bad day. In 10 years of renting this and 70 other places we have never seen such a bad review. As I said...very disappointing indeed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
