Luxury 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment with roof terrace. 1 Double, 1 Twin and sofa bed in lounge for additional children. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc. Dining table, lounge with DVD, Wifi, UKTV. BBQ, Sunloungers and Outdoor dining furniture on roof terrace. One family shower room, one en suite luxury shower room. 4 communal pools (heated pool and jacuzzis open 20th December to 10th January and 15th February to 30th April - unheated pools open June 1st to September 30th) Sauna (open 23rd December to 7th January and 23rd March to 8th April) kids pools, tennis, paddel tennis and basketball/football courts, cycle/kayak/snorkel hire, (additional costs for hire of courts, cycles, kayaks etc apply) supermarket, restaurants and beach bar on site (seasonal). Kids play area. Beautiful themed gardens. 100m from beach. 800m from main village of San Juan de Los Terreros and its many restaurants and long sandy beaches.

Bed linen and towels can be hired from keyholders for 10 euros per set and are laundered at end of sray.

There is a small electric surcbarge of 0.20c per KWH payable at end of stay, this ensures lights are switched off and air conditioning turned off when not in apartment which helps save the environment.

Many thanks for your review, I will get Ava to replace the BBQ utensils as there should be some.....maybe someone broke and didn't inform us or have been put away in a different cupboard. The beach I agree is more pleasant in San Juan but is only a 2 minute drive with free parking to nearest sandy beach. The tennis courts are on site but you do need to walk through gardens to get to them but is better away from residential area as you do not get disturbed by noise. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
