A lovely private villa with 2 bedrooms and sleeping 4 people. Fully equipped for a fantastic holiday. Private gardens. Tucked away in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants. WIFI.

Spending a week at Villa Andalaura will leave you rested and relaxed, in fact most of our guests don't want to leave!. The family can enjoy endless hours in the pool and soaking in the suns rays on the solarium.

The Sleepy town of San Juan de los Terreros is the a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With its many beaches and coves. Safe bathing for everyone and clean beaches, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the beach side promenade. The superb new Aguilon golf club is now open and only 5 minutes drive away

We have some of the only Blue flag (Calidad Turistica) beaches in Andalucia with golden sand, gently sloping into the warm waters of the Mediterranean. If the sun gets to you the newly built promenade offers beach bars and cafes for a plate of locally caught sardines, an ice cream or a nice cold beer.

The Villa is new and fully detached, as well as fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There is a spacious lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is all on the ground floor. Warm and cool air conditioning and one double with en suite and one twin bedroom. WIFI is available.

The Villa is detached and has its own private garden. Access to the villa is either via a gate or via the driveway gates. There is ample sunbathing areas with sun loungers provided. The Patio has a parasol which covers the outdoor eating area and the private pool is simply stunning. The roof terrace has seating for 4 people. There is a solarium gets you even closer to the baking heat of the southern Spanish sun. Private kidney shaped swimming pool with stepped entrance [8m x 3.8m] [Depth 1m-1.8m]

We are happy to respond to any issues as soon as they arise, you said nothing to us and we are sorry you felt this way. Regards the electric it was a miscalculation onsite and were only charged 15 euros so im not sure what the issue is? regards from Spain.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
