Book with confidence. For the past 10 years on Flipkey, we offer a ground floor, beachfront, 2bd/2bth, beautifully decorated condo for you to enjoy. We have a huge patio with a panoramic view the Costa Azul beach and the sand is 5 steps from the patio. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee. We have a full kitchen, 40" Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo/CD/iPod docking station, and brand new air conditioners. Ocean views from almost every angle in the condo. Take in the gorgeous views of the ocean from the master bedroom, as you prepare your meals, or as you relax in the living room. The La Jolla complex is a beautiful, tropically landscaped complex, with 2 pools and 24 security. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire condo, as well as by the pool. World famous Zipper's surf spot is a 10 min walk from our patio. You can walk to great restaurants and downtown San Jose is 5 minutes by car. You will find shopping and markets within a very short distance. We are 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We invite you to our 'slice of paradise'!

Getting around

Rental cars are readily available at the airport or offices in San Jose. Taxi's are obtainable from the Hotel next door. Bus lines go into both the downtowns of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Many restaurants are walkable as well as a major grocery store, coffee shops, Urgent care, money exchange and mini markets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
