Julio Ca is nicely furnished in an elegant Tuscan style, whilst retaining all its original characteristics such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and pretty brick detailing, it is also fitted with all modern comforts such as air conditioning all round. To add to its charm the different levels of the rooms are connected by steps . The apartment has a lovely large light open area with large windows with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with round table and chairs and a charming bright bathroom with shower. Three steps lead down from the kitchen area to a luminous and homely furnished sitting area with bamboo style settee and armchairs, satellite television. A magnificent wide panoramic window dominates this room enabling one to relax in the sitting area and admire the stunning view.
