Few places enchant the senses quite like Villa Violeta. Luxury-Seclusion-Adventure-Rejuvination. Villa Violeta: A Stunning Mexican Hideaway. Our private boutique villa sits atop a granite recess with stunning views of the northwestern coastline on the Pacific Ocean. It is nestled amongst twenty-five private acres of soaring palms and boasts over 350 feet of beachfront on just under 1 acre of land. We offer excellent quality services with a chef who provides food and beverage shopping, prepares and serves 2 meals a day with daily housekeeping and spa services. By car or taxi, only 45 minutes from the airport in Puerto Vallarta and 15 minutes from the popular town of Sayulita.

It is the perfect destination for those who seek seclusion, privacy, tranquility, and luxury, and yet is located just 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta with its international airport, world-class dining, great shopping and nightlife. It is 2 miles from the quaint, unspoiled village of San Pancho, 15 minutes from the bustling fishing and surfing village of Sayulita, and a short drive to the Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita.

The palapa roof soars to over 60 feet creating a dramatic backdrop for this unique home.

The 40 foot living room is open wide to take advantage of the soft Pacific breezes and coastline views, while milky, marble floors cool your bare feet. Ancient Indian arches frame the Media Room with it's comfortable seating area, air conditioning, movie projector, drop down movie screen and extensive DVD collection.

The large, charming kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and a wonderful local chef to tend to all your needs! Just steps away is an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool, beach and gorgeous Pacific coastline.

Follow the stone steps around the house to the private, spacious, second-floor king Palapa Suite with a shower. This room includes a king bed and built in seating area that doubles as 2 twin beds. The open-air palapa stretches up another 30 feet for a dramatic effect.

Casa Nido is a private king casita, with a fan for a cool breeze and balcony doors that open to the beautiful ocean view, all to give this room it's own exotic/tropical personality. It's the perfect romantic hideaway.

Casa Mirador is a private king casita with full indoor bathroom and sunken bathtub. Each wall has sliding glass doors to let that wonderful ocean breeze in. There is a rooftop deck with stunning ocean views.

Casa Coco is a stunning 2 story casita with a loft on the main floor. The lower level has a beautiful canopy king bed, a sitting area and a clawfoot bathtub with stunning ocean/beach views; the main level has a living room area, a kitchenette, a king bed and wrap around deck with views of the ocean/beach; the main level loft area has 2 queen beds. There is a beautiful outdoor full bathroom for the entire casita.

There is a comfortable garden/spa lounge, (perfect for kids/teens or adventures to sleep) overlooking manicured gardens and pool. The perfect spot for a massage, afternoon siestas or reading your favorite book.

You can relax all day on the sands of your secluded beach or pass the hours beside the sparkling sapphire pool. Rustic, private steps will carry you down to the sands below.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
