Description

HappyLand Villa is located just ten minutes walk from the sandy beach, on the outskirts of the Italian medieval hillside town of San Felice Circeo considered as a favourite seaside choice of the chic and trendy Romans for their holiday homes. The villa is in the quiet and peaceful " Terra Felice" holiday residence and has easy access to amenities at the local town and many excellent fish restaurants for eating out. Yet in less than ten minutes by car you reach the archaeological sites at Terracina, a typical seaside town in this part of the Latina province.

The single storey terraced villa is in a gated and guarded (24 hours) residence with a good sized garden making it excellent for families with children or couples. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace overlooking the garden, furnished with a BBQ, table and chairs for you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see
