Our Studio Beach Cottage is located on the grounds of our private residence and larger Beach House in an upscale, North Pacific Beach neighborhood bordering La Jolla. You have a private Entry and Patio. We are just a 4 minute stroll to have your toes in the sand at the area's best beach (S.D. Home And Garden Mag.) with a grassy park, restrooms, showers, and Lifeguard services.

Your 300 sq.ft. Cottage Style Beach Studio is cozy, just for two. We provide accommodations for 2 adults or 1 adult w/1 child. We offer a minimum stay of 2 nights to a maximum of 7 nights.

We provide Air Conditioning for those infrequent Summer days when the Ocean Breeze is just not enough, and Pet Friendly for folks traveling with their small to Med. size pups. We ask a $10/nt. pet fee.

You'll be close to all... the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants, Night Life, and Shopping, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a nice night's sleep. You can hear the waves breaking as you sleep.

A Craftsman Stone entry way of Beach Rock and Shells leads you through a white picket gate to your private garden patio, with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. French doors open to your Guest Studio, with an ultra comfortable, queen-size bed ( Westin Hotel's "Heavenly Bed" ), a private bath with tub/shower, an efficiency kitchen, and sitting area for dining. Our Studio has an efficiency kitchen, like you will find in a nice hotel suite.

Efficiency Kitchen :

We have provided amenities which include: a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Pod coffee maker w/ asst. pods, toaster, and blender with plates, cups, and silverware. With the barbecue, and a little imagination, you can create a feast, or keep a few snacks on hand, Coffee in the morning, and enjoy the local restaurants. Did I mention that we have 3 great Markets and a Trader Joe nearby.

* BEST YET... We do the dishes. Just place them outside in the basket, and we will return them clean.

Getting around

San Diego is a big city. A car can come in handy, and we provide reserved, off street parking for you. However, many of our guests arrive without a car. Our Beach is just a few houses away, with Restaurants, Night Life, and Shops all within 4 to 10 blocks... we provide bicycles as well. When you want to explore more distant parts of our wonderful city, we are conveniently located 1/2 block from our San Diego Transit Bus system which can also get you to the San Diego Trolley System. There is always Uber and Lyft.

How do damage deposits work?
