Renting this apartment will entitle you to the use of our private sand dunes that are north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail. Our aim is to protect and preserve these plants that are partially threatened with extinction.<br><br>The villa is on the top of a small hill in a chestnut woods in a 2000 sq. m. park.<br>The house is 500 m. a.s.l., 800 m. from the village of Sassetta and 12 km. from the seaside at Marina di Castagneto, rendering it ideal for a completely relaxing holiday. The ambient temperature is always 3 to 4 ° less than on the plain.<br>The floors are in a light tile throughout bathrooms included. The fixtures and fittings are in harmony with the surroundings.<br>From all the apartments the view towards east stretches across the "Pian delle vigne" plains to the villages

In front of this entrance is a 100 year old oak tree under which there is a rocking-sofa and chairs for outside living, a B-B-Q, an external shower and ample parking space. Entering the living room one finds an open fireplace opposite and the cooking area on the left with oven, burners, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a dining table. During winter months the apartment is centrally heated.<br>In the living room there is a double sofa beds.<br>From the living room one has access to a large terrace equipped with stone table and iron chairs for outside dining. The terrace, shaded by chestnut trees is rather special feature of the property.<br>The living room leads to the two bedrooms each with bathroom. Both have a double bed and the larger of the two also has a single bed.<br>Both bathrooms are well finished with shower cabinets and the larger of the 2 also has a washing machine.
