This unique Ibizan villa stands out from the rest - it's surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens with atmospheric night time lighting. Located in Cala Gració, a small cove full of natural charm situated on the northern side of San Antonio.

The villa, built in traditional Ibizan architectural style, has a spacious living room with a fireplace, open plan dining room and a large kitchen.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. In total, there are 3 double beds, 5 single beds and 4 bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms is a large family room which consists of a super-kingsize four poster double bed, ensuite bathroom and 2 additional single beds. There is also a cot in the villa if needed. Another of the double rooms adjoins a single room which contains 1 single bed.

Within the garden is a large swimming pool (17m x 5m) with an adjacent hot tub. Around the pool are sun beds, a lounge area and a bar, and various chillout areas. Along the entire width of the house runs a partly covered terrace, and there is a charming courtyard at the back of the house.

The completely walled plot gives total privacy.

Suitability: It's ideal for families and large groups of friends. The villa is in a peaceful area - you'll be in close proximity to all the action, but far enough away to relax in peace.

A perfect location for a family holiday for both summer and winter sun. In the winter, the days are still warm enough to enjoy the beach and the cooler nights can be spent enjoying the log fires and outdoor hot tub.

Please be aware when booking this villa it is solely for people looking for a non-party/clubbing holiday.

LOVE the hot tub!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pete (the owner) a message.

If Pete (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
