From the owner

The home is a 1100 sq. ft two story, with an attached deck on the second floor, that has an additional 700 sq. ft. The first floor consists of a living area, kitchen, master bedroom with an attached bathroom and closet. The second floor is a loft, and is either accessed by a small, narrow SPIRAL STAIRCASE, or through the larger staircase from the side of the deck.The loft has been converted with two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a roman bathtub.

How does enjoying your morning coffee as you are looking at the hills from a spacious second floor deck, while being surrounded by beautiful deers and oak trees, sound to you? If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway with beautiful views, look no further!

The guest home is situated on a 1 acre lot, overlooking scenic hills from the highest point in our neighborhood. We are conveniently located near many points of interest, such as La Cantera Mall, Fiesta Texas, Top Golf, UTSA etc.
