Apartamento en complejo Las Lomas: The apartament is locates 5 minutes walking from Pirata beach and 10 from San Agustin beach, it a very quiet building with most german and nordic tourists. Walking down the hill you have the bus stop. A coffe shop and a supermarket near by. The apartament is on the ground floor with also a private entrace from the back terrace. It has two bedrooms and a kitchen-livingroom. One big bedroom with french bed and big closet and a second smaller bedroom with a bunkbes. The bathroom has a shower 80x80 cm. The kitchen has 4fire and oven with livingroom with big sofa and flat screen 32''. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need, and also a big refrigerator, microwave, kettle. There are two terraces, one on the front and one on the back of 15mq each. The internet wifi is included!!!The swimmingpool is just in front of the apartament. Its renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful holidy (bed lines, towels, waschingmachine). It's ideal for 2 person but also for a family with children. The apartament has a private entrance in the back side and also a principal entrance in the font side.

Leider hatte die Vermieterin vergessen, dass wir kommen: den Schlüssel haben wir am Ankunftstag erst um 21.00h erhalten. Das Apartment war weder sauber, noch waren die vorher via E-Mail angefragt… More

Owner's reply:
The guest did not communicate the arrival time as requested, they just called when they were on the place (this is not an hotel and we do not live next to the apartment). We rushed to be there as fast as we could and we decided to give back the money of the first night. It is true that we forgot the towel, as consequence we handed 2 towels and the next day first at 7 in the morning they got a bag ple ty of towels. In the closet we leave basic food and  cleaning products ( such as spicies, sugar, salt, water etc) that the guest is free to use if he wants.

Buen alojamiento. Hemos estado 7 días mis hijos, mi marido y yo y estuvimos bien. La comunidad es tranquila, la piscina está bien y la casa es acogedora. Es recomendable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Valeria (the owner) a message.

If Valeria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
