Villa Zoi is located right on the edge of Grizata village of Kefalonia, overlooking the surrounding mountains and the green country side.

It offers all the amenities a holiday maker needs,it is set in a quite place in the village of Grizata only 3 km away from Sami small town and port where someone can find nice taverns,restaurants,cafe,bakeries, supermarkets,

meat markets,bars,etc It is also the perfect location as it is in the middle of the island to visit the many many beautiful sights on our amazing island.-this is what our guest say , like the famous Melissani underground cave which is only 6 km away from our villa, Drocarati cave which is only 3 km away from our villa, the famous Antisamos beach which is only 7 km away, Myrtos beach about 20 mins drive away, Assos village with the famous castle which is about 30 mins drive away, Fiscardo village which is 45 mins away etc.

Covering an area of 92-m², the self-catering villa is divided in 2 floors and offers free wired internet. Comprising of two bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, the villa opens up to large balconies or patio. There is a family bathroom with a washing machine at the 1st floor and another smaller family bathroom(a shower enlclosure is included) at the ground floor.The luxurious villa is elegantly decorated with wooden and iron furnishings and is painted in purple and earthy tones.

There is a new private swimming pool 9,40m long x 4,20 m wide.There are also 6 sunbeds,2 large umbrellas and garden around the pool area.A flat-screen satellite 42'' TV and a DVD player are featured.Guests can use our private pool.For security reasons the pool is gated and is located in a different level from our villa.

Guests can prepare their own breakfast and meals or they can also use the BBQ facilities offered.Villa Chrisanthi is licensed by Greek Tourism Organization.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DIMITRIS (the owner) a message.

If DIMITRIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
