Description

The studio is in a small house in a quiet neighbourhood, at most 15 walking minutes from the historical center. Bus number 1 on Max Glaner Hauptstrasse, 4-5 walking minutes away, takes you to the historical center and to the train station. Bus 27 , 3-4 walking minutes away, takes you to the historical center and the airport. 3 to 10 walking minutes away there are many restaurants, close by also a bakery and about 10 walking minutes away a supermarket.

The studio has been completely renovated and newly furnished. It consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size double bed, a wardrobe, SAT TV, DVD, radio, CD, safe deposit box, desk and chair and balcony. A large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso machine toaster, table and 4 chairs, wardrobe and an additional sofa which opens into a 120cm. wide bed. Bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer.

The apartment has a private parking place and wifi. A washing room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer belongs to the 3 apartments. In the back there is a small garden with a hut for bicycles.

Getting around

To the historical center you can either walk (you will find the way drawn into the map which is on the table) or take bus number 1 (see map) and get off after the bus passes the tunnel (Neutor) or at Hanusch Platz. To the train station take the same bus number 1.

As I don't live in Salzburg I am not sure I will be able to wait for you ate the apartment. If I cannot be there when you come, I will send you detailed instructions how to access the keys and informations about the apartment.

“Excellent location”

The apartment was a perfect location for quiet and proximity to old town Salzburg. My daughter and I were in holidays and wanted to access a number of nearby Nordic Ski trails . It was easy access to and from airport as well . Everything was as described and Ruth also assisted us with any of our immediate questions promptly :) great choice !

“Excellent accommodation almost in center of Salzburg”

Apartments Ruth have three different apartments in the same building situated very near the old town of Salzburg. We stayed in the smallest of them which is the studio in the ground floor. The terrace of this apartment makes it more. There is also a separate kitchen which gives more space to it. It is fully equipped and we did not miss a thing from there. Short walking to a bakery and a supermarket nearby. Parking and Internet are also included and tghe neighbourhood is really quiet and welcoming. We will come again!

“HOME 2 HOME”

Excellant host,location,design,cleanliness. Salzburg airport so near,also walk into old town or plenty of nearby buses. Local shops with organic selection available at an excellant price. Good pizza just down the road,quiet local area,people friendly. Would very much recommend.

“clean - warm - calm”

Sometimes I have to spend a weekend in Salzburg for business. In this case I always try to rent this Ruth-Apartment, because it offers everything I need: it is clean, warm and calm and, last but not least, not expensive. By th way you can use television and get the code for WLAN. It is located near thr center and offers a parking-place, if you need. For me it is perfect.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ruth and Frederic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
