This group of 3 stone fronted luxury holiday cottages have been built to our usual high standards incorporating all the necessary modern facilities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. 40” LCD Television with freeview, Surround Sound DVD System, Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a superb family bathroom with whirlpool bath are just a few of the fantastic features offered…

Included on the ground floor is a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, and full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and washer/dryer.

The open plan area extends to cater for the large dining table and huge sofa, French doors with level threshold open on to your private patio area where you can sunbathe, read a book, BBQ* or simply sit and relax.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, which benefits those that might otherwise have difficulty in negotiating stairs to the first floor bedrooms. This room can accommodate

Upstairs the main double bedroom has ample space, a convenient en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony. There are a further two twin rooms, both of which can be set up as double rooms to cater for couples.

A luxurious family bathroom has a fantastic whirlpool bath and separate double shower cubicle.

Our Woodland Cottages are so versatile they can cater for large families, groups of friends and those requiring ground floor sleeping and wash facilities.

An excellent place to stay would love to live there the house was breathtaking spotless and stunning the staff were outstanding will be going back :)

A super rental house beautiful, staff welcoming,china leisure centre brilliant for the whole family,local pub 50 yds no traffic to speak of,great green play area and meadow walk smashing holiday

Everything worked well in the cottage and the play areas were well received by the children. Take soap, some bin bags and be prepared to sort your rubbish to maintain your green status. The on site walk is very good but you will need strong shoes.. The China country club is recommended as are the Notter Bridge Inn and the nearby Crooked Inn but you will need to book in advance - lots of others nearby. We enjoyed many of the Stately homes nearby and a highlight was Morewelham Quay on the Tamar with a vist to the depths of a Copper mine.
