Our self-catering cottages (Listed individually as Home ID's 4510174, 4510175, 170313, 170314, 170315, 170316 and 174404) are all set in 18 acres of lawns, flower gardens & woodlands alongside the River Lynher, ideally located to explore both Cornwall and Devon.

Crylla Valley Holiday Cottages boast relaxed country living coupled with access to first class leisure facilities and exceptional standards of service. Ideal for couples, individual families or for larger groups wanting to share their holiday experience. We can advise which of the holiday homes listed above or combination best suites your family (we politely advise we are not suitable for hen, stag or party groups).

Every thing you need for a fab stay, even a dog towel for the pooch. Very clean, comfortable and well located for beautiful beaches. I can highly recommend.

Very clean and private house situated on a cul de sac. Close to some great attractions for all ages Only down side is too close to A38 which is noisy at all times of day & night and was closed on two occasions during our stay due to accidents.

Owner's reply: Thank you for taking the time to review so positively. Housekeeping are delighted that you found your accommodation to be very clean and sparkled for your arrival. Our 18 acre estate is situated in the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) yet incredibly conveniently located for enjoying lots of days out and about. It's great to know you made the most of this and enjoyed some of the many local attractions. Being able to easily venture out for the day to both Cornwall and Devon has been a real draw for many of our guests, both new and those who return year after year.

Excellent accommodation with all the facilities laid on, we took a lot of our own food but, brought most of it back home. Visit Kernow Mill for Farmers Market (thurs,fri & sat) for fresh vegetables, beautiful eggs and pasties, fresh meat and other delicacies. Copley Arms at Hessendine does food to die for, Crooked Inn at Temerton is very good, all with good ales! Good shopping at Saltash, Waitrose and Lidl, off the A38 r'about, or Saltash town for PO, Fish & Chips. Excellent butcher on A38 at Tidewater. It does have it all, must have transport though. Wasn't impressed with Notter Inn though. Perhaps it was a bad night.

Complex has different sized properties, our 3 bed apartment had 2 showers (useful with 3 teenagers in tow) and was very well equipped - also the site is very clean and tidy. Our need for midweek changeover days were easily dealt with. The location was great, very easy to get to lots of interesting places in Cornwall & South/West Devon. Local pub served excellent grub when we didn't want to cook for ourselves, and the country club membership (swimming pool, gym, good value bar food) was a bonus. Only thing that that could have been been better was the wifi access which was OK upstairs but patchy downstairs.

We stayed in a 1 bed valley view cottage which was lovely and very clean. Nice fixtures and fittings. All kitchen equipment that you could need and bbq. Very nice staff who would be happy to help with anything. Not too busy but enough to keep entertained after a day out e.g. tennis, swing ball, toddler slides etc.. Accommodation is close to a busy main road and you can hear the traffic when you are outside but to be honest it is good value for money and great location to explore east cornwall. Picked blackberries on our walk around the site. Really liked the fact that they offered a 'chair bed' for our 4 year old to sleep in our room with us instead of on the sofa bed and stair gates were put in for us. Chocolates, biscuits and tea, coffee and milk left in cottage for us.

we stayed at the Crylla Valley for our family trip in Cornwall for 5 night. The Cottage was nice and clean with everything we need as a extended family with two kids. There were bottle of milk, tea bags and biscuits ready to serve. This was very touching and thoughtful. The staff are very friendly and professional, shame we didint have enough time to get to know them. Thank you all. over all we had an wonderful time there, we may go back again next year~~

Well equipped, lots to do around. The use of the leisure club is fabulous, kids loved it. Was our 2nd stay at Crylla and would happily return again.

These quaint little cottages are adorable. Built in a row you do not overlook anyone else. There is parking right outside. The cottage had a lovely open living space downstairs with a spare toilet and upstairs we had two lovely furnished bedrooms and a bathroom. Expecting completely empty self catering premises we were pleasantly surprised to find so many little extra's right down to a welcome card with chocolates, a carton of milk in the fridge, a tray of coffee, tea bags and sugar with biscuits, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms and fresh towels laid out on the bed to name a few. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils etc and there were plenty of other household items in the cottage. We stayed only two nights and both evenings we ate at the nearby pub which is also highly recommended. The gardens are beautiful and plenty. The area was quiet and the staff polite. If you run out of anything there is a small shop in the reception area with a good array of household items etc. We would definitely recommend this accomodation which was VERY clean, immaculate and perfect. We hope to come and stay again for a longer period.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 3years,on each occasion we have had a fantastic time,the properties are furnished to a high standard and always clean.The staff cannot do enough to help your stay with them be exactly what you want from a holiday.The location is close to Saltash and an ideal base to explore both Cornwall and Devon,perfectly positioned near the main road through Cornwall and yet very peaceful with the river flowing alongside the site.We would recommend Crylla to anyone as a perfect holiday destination and great value for money.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very impressed. The cottage was very clean and spacious particularly the bedrooms. Also plenty of wardrobes. Very well equipped, even a iron and board. Tranquil location and competitive prices. Would recommend these cottages.
