Spacious apartment with terrace and solarium in a pleasant residence with pool, located a few minutes from the Jaume I promenade in Salou.

Functional and very bright rental to accommodate up to 8 people.

High quality apartment distributed in three double rooms, one suite bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and with access to the main terrace, the second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds) and a closet. In the same corridor as the rooms is the second bathroom with a bathtub.

Across the hall is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, etc., and with a window open to the living-dining room composed of a sofa bed, furniture, dining set, television and a large window that gives access to the terrace furnished for meals or moments of relaxation outside, at the end of it there is a spiral staircase that leads to the beautiful and private solarium terrace of about 80 m² and fully furnished with sun loungers, garden furniture and a coffee table coffee.

To complete the comfort, the accommodation has air conditioning and heating ducts in all rooms, Wi-Fi connection, satellite with international channels, bedding and shower towels, and a private parking space inside the residential building .

Apartment located on the fifth and last floor with elevator within a well-kept, modern and family residence, with a large communal pool that offers a space for children, outdoor shower and a green area with playground for children.

The residential building is located about 800 meters from Llevant Beach, with its beautiful Jaume I pedestrian promenade, which runs through fountains, palm trees, playgrounds on the beach, shops, restaurants, beach bars, etc. The promenade allows you to walk to the different beaches of Salou. 400 meters from the residence is the Plaza Europa, from which you can access to shopping streets, the tourist center and leisure activities. The pedestrian entrance to the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is ideal to enjoy with family or friends the proximity of the beach, a private solarium and the pool at any time.

Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.

Salou is the most touristic coastal city on the Costa Dorada located in Catalonia. It is located 100km south of Barcelona, ​​10km from Tarragona whose "Tarraco Archaeological Site" on front of the beach, is considered a World Heritage Site by Unesco. 10 km away is Reus, a city known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets. And just a few minutes away are the coastal towns of La Pineda, where the Aquopolis water park is located; and Cambrils, with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club.

Highly appreciated for its climate, its beautiful golden sand beaches, its festive and Mediterranean atmosphere with multiple leisure activities such as the famous PortAventura-Ferrari Land theme park; Salou is today considered one of the most trendy summer destinations in Spain and Europe.

Salou is a great tourist city that has been developed around a gorgeous bay with its 8 beaches and coves of fine sand linked by two beautiful promenades and a beautiful path: “El Camí de Ronda” that borders the coast to discover different and splendid panoramic views.

The coastal city of Salou is divided into different districts:

- Two long promenades, Jaume I and Miramar: with pedestrian and bicycle lanes, lined with palm trees, fountains and many shops, they are located in the Nautical Port that offers a nice walk until the Monument to the Fisherman.

- The city center, “the town” in the Ponent part of Salou, opposite the sports marina where most of the inhabitants live throughout the year.

- The heart of the coastal city "the tourist center" with restaurants, entertainment, game rooms, music bars and discotheques, is located at the end of the Jaume I promenade.

- The quiet and most preserved neighborhood, “Cap Salou” on the Salou cornice in a natural environment formed by pine trees and coves, which connects the center of Salou with the Playa Llarga.

It was a nice enough apartment could have done with a lick of paint and a better clean the people from the letting company couldn’t do enough for us when we had a problem they were very friendly… More

How do damage deposits work?
