Description

This villa is quite secluded and enjoys unrivalled views over the sea, the coastal plain and Salobreña town. Dolphins are regularly seen from the terrace and one can hear the waves breaking on the rocks below. Under the terrace there is a 200 m2 cool porche, ideal for relaxing. Both terrace and porche give onto the large private swimming pool, filled all year around although its use is recommended from April to October, depending on the water temperature. The house is surrounded by a 3.500 m2 slanted garden with pine trees and tropical plants.

The main entrance leads to the lounge/dining room with TV, panoramic views of the sea and sliding doors to the upper terrace. The fitted kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a basic Price for the Terrace floor (up to 8 people max) and then optional studios depending on the number of people.

The bedrooms count with complete fitted wardrobes.

On the Terrace floor The main bedroom (sleeps 4 max.) has its own balcony with view of Salobreña and sea and the other bedroom sleeps 2 (2 single beds) with large Windows onto the terrace.

There is an optional studio (€74/night) for 4 people (2 single beds and a doublé sofá bed) on the porche level, adapted for wheelchair, with complete bathroom, and another optional studio on the terrace floor (€85/night) for 4 people (one big double bed and 2 single beds) with complete bathroom and small kitchen. The studios are not rented separately to the rest of the villa and are open only upon request.

There is free wifi and responsible use for air conditioning and heating is requested, payable at 0,25€/kw

Entry & Departure times: When planning flights, please bear in mind that normal entry time is from 14.00 and departure is by 10.00. We will be flexible with changeover day and times whenever possible.

Notes on Rental Rates: If the villa is rented within 15 days before your desired date, a 10% reduction will apply.

The prices quoted are for the Terrace floor, up to 8 people máximum. For 12 people, please just add the studio rate and add another studio for 15 people.

Consult if you wish to bring a pet. We charge €30 per stay due to extra cleaning charges.

We charge a deposit of €300 cash, which is returned by bank transfer after the villa has been checked that it is in the same conditions as when the people arrived

The climate ranges from 18 ºC in winter to 25 ªC in summer, so it is a wonderful weather to be able to enjoy any of the following:Horse riding 750 m; sea 1 km; beaches, shops and village 3 kms; golf 5 kms; water skiing, paragliding 25 kms; diving, windsurfing, 15 kms; spa 10 kms, skiing (snow in Sierra Nevada) 90 kms. The location is wonderful to visit Malaga or Granada for the day.

“I loved this house.”

It was a great experience and a privilege to spend Easter Week in this place. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well located right in front of the sea, with incredible views. We were a lot of people and each one of us felt very comfortable in the house. There was lot of space for everyone. And all of this for a very low price compared with other places I have been.
