Our apartment is situated on a quiet side street about 5 minutes walk from the beach. The development consists of 43 apartments made up of studios, 1 bed, 2 bed & 3 bed apartments. It is a 3 storey building with underground car park, lifts to all floors & key code entry. The common areas of the building include, heated outdoor pool (12m * 4.5m), large terrace area around the pool, playground with jungle gym equipment, surrounding gardens & condominium lounge with appropriate furniture. Our 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor. It can sleep 4 to 6 people comfortably. It is family friendly & comes equipped with a travel cot & high chair. The total size of the apartment is 90m2. It is finished to the highest standards. Patio doors from the living room, kitchen and twin bedroom lead onto the 35ft long terrace. The Central Portugal region

Stretching from Lisbon to Fiqueira da Foz, Portugal's Costa de Prata (Silver Coast) is a gem of largely undiscovered beauty and gets its name from the effect of the sun on the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Because much of this area of Portugal remains undiscovered by the mass tourism market you can guarantee a beach to yourself even in the height of the season if you are prepared to drive and walk a little way.
The Praia d'el Rey championship golf course and its superb beach happily nestle side-by-side with the ancient, picturesque charm of medieval Óbidos whilst Foz do Arelho offers access to the beauty of the Óbidos lagoon and the lively bars and restaurants around its shores.
Like most of Portugal the Silver Coast comprises mainly small towns and villages. Consequently overcrowded roads and oppressive cities are not to be found. Small town and village life may move at a different pace to that which you are used to at home and adjusting to this healthy pace is part of the pleasure of being on holiday.
Visits to the fascinating towns and villages of this region are made on uncrowded roads and offer rich rewards. Fátima is an easy drive as are Alcobaça and Tomar.
You will find modern-day Portuguese people to be exceptionally friendly and visits to the many non-touristy destinations which abound in our area immensely rewarding.
If you want you can soak up the sun on one of countless beaches; play golf on a stunning links course or take in the history and culture with which this area abounds -the choice is yours.

Salir do Porto

Sao Martinho do Porto sits on the edge of a spectacular, shell-shaped bay, protecting the beach from the full force of the Atlantic. It has been a holiday destination for the Portuguese for centuries.The town is divided into two areas, the historic old town and the beachfront area. The old town is filled with coffee houses, laid-back bars and traditional restaurants. The beachfront has recently been renovated with new cobbled pedestrian areas, upmarket shops, bars and cafes. Sao Martinho do Porto has a temperate, year round climate. In the summer temperatures are often in the high 25C+ and the evenings are a comfortable 15C. The winter is a great time to visit, because although there is more rainfall you can experience 12 hours of sunshine, with temperatures reaching 19C during the day and 10C at night. This area of Portugal doesn't get as hot as the Algarve, but is also relatively mild during the winter months making it an ideal year-round destination.
