Large, comfortable semi-detached holiday rental villa, with a direct view onto the Ocean. The villa has 5 livingrooms, 5 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a terrace on sub-terrain level, 3 balconies and a large roof terrace. Check the pictures. The terraces are equipped with furniture and BBQ’s, for long Moroccan evenings. Weather in Salé is always fit for fantastic holidays!

Villa Yasmine - the complete villa

Villa Yasmine contains five air-conditioned bedrooms. Up to 10 people and 4 babies (4 cots available) can sleep comfortable in the villa. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted closets for your clothing. Two of the closets (one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor) are equipped with a safe for safeguarding your personal belongings like jewelry, passports, bank- / or credit-cards etc. The safes are protected by a key-code which you can alter yourself. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with King-size double beds, one of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds. This bedroom does not contain a personal Air-conditioning, but is cooled by an air-conditioning of an other bedroom. We have a move-able air conditioning unit available if necessary for this bedroom.

The villa also contains five living-rooms. Three of the living-rooms are in Moroccan style, two of them are in European style. Two of the living-rooms are equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set (Arabic, English, French and German frequencies are available).

The villa contains two kitchens which are situated in the subterranean level. These open plan kitchens also contains dining rooms. These kitchen / dining rooms contains dinner tables and Moroccan style benches. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a 4 ring stove, a microwave and coffee-machine, and off course all the necessary pots and pans (cooking utensils), a kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The ground floor apartment kitchen is even equipped with an oven!

The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet on sub-terrain level, one with shower, bidet, toilet and sink on ground floor level, and one with bath, bidet, toilet and sink on first floor level. Of course all bathrooms have hot- and cold streaming water!

The villa has two terraces. These terraces are equipped with outdoor dining furniture and parasols. The terraces are also equipped with a BB-Q and crocks with plants. Perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings! There is also access to several balconies.

The villa is equipped with a washing machine.

Guests are asked to observe the no-smoking rule inside the house: there are plenty of outside areas where smoking is permitted

Getting around

We have a good experience with restaurant "Le Grand Comptoir" in Rabat (city centre opposite corner of the main post office in Rabat). In terms of beaches, we are satisfied with the closeby situated beach "Plages des Nations" (follow the N-1 northwards) and the beaches of Skhirat and "Sid l'Abed" (follow the N-1 southwards, and pass Rabat following the coast) The beach of Sid l'Abed is safer with children as there is no strong wave flow. If you are interested in nightlife (discos), we recommend the Kasbah (Platinium) in Skhirat. Would you be interested in culture make sure to visit the Kasbah of the Oudeijas, Chellah and Hassan Tower in Rabat, and make sure to visit Fez and Meknes.

During the stay Villa Yasmine will be all yours. Our manager will hand over the keys and you will have full privacy. Of course our manager will always be just a phone-call away and will regularly drop by to check if everything is okay and if there are issues / questions.

- we can NOT allow unmarried couples or couples of same sexes to sleep over in same bedroom as their partners (we can not check if unmarried couples share beds during the stay)
- we do NOT allow feasts or parties

Marvellous space ideal for big families with a marvellous host who was present for our every want and need lastly the ocean right behind for great views of The Atlantic
