Accommodation is arranged over three floors. Entrance level takes guests into the main hallway, with laundry area, understair store and downstairs wc. There is direct access into the garage with electronic up and over door and also the enclosed garden to the rear of the property.

Up one flight of stairs takes you to the light and spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with undercounter integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The lounge has huge picture windows overlooking the front and is equipped with large comfy sofa and chairs.

Up the next flight of stairs to the master bedroom with king size bed, ample wardrobe space and TV. Study area and second bedroom with double sofa bed. This second bedroom can be made up as double bedroom or with a sofa and used as a dressing room. Main family bathroom with double ended tub, large separate shower. The bedroom doors on this floor are all bespoke sliding doors so the entire area can be opened up and used as one master suite if preferred. Full layout is available on our website

Great location with easy access to local Marks and Spencer's food hall, a wealth of shops and supermarkets and quick access to Manchester City Centre via the metrolink from either Sale or Brooklands.
