Duplex apartment close to central Salcombe, sleeping six in three bedrooms.Burleigh is a very well presented and comfortably furnished duplex apartment. Salcombe town centre is only a 5-7 minutes’ walk away and the market town of Kingsbridge is just a 5 mile drive a way. Sleeping six, the property has three en suite bedrooms, opened planned kitchen and dining area and spacious sitting room with good views. To the rear of the property is an area of decking with table and chairs. Steps lead up to a lovely raised terrace, and lovely views. The property and location are ideal for a young family or couples looking for good quality accommodation.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
