This charming, tastefully restored period 19th century fisherman's cottage is situated a few steps from the waterfront, conveniently located to take advantage of all that this vibrant town has to offer. Boatman's Cottage is ideally placed to take advantage of the wonderful golden sandy beaches on both sides of the estuary, as well as the many pubs, restaurants and interesting shops in this bustling seaside town. The cottage is warm, welcoming and full of character with the added benefit of a small outside patio from where you can watch the world go by as you relax in the sun.

Accommodation: Ground floor open plan living room, TV, basic Sky digital, DVD, radio/CD and breakfast bar dining area. Kitchen area, ceramic hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine. First floor bedroom 1, double bed. Bedroom 2, single bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Outside: Patio area in front of the cottage (separated by a shared access pathway)
