The property provides accommodation for 5 persons, comprising of kitchen, shower room and sitting room on the first floor and master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with single beds on the second floor. The second floor also boosts a balcony with seating providing harbour views, which is accessed off the second bedroom. The property built in 1401 is listed and in a conservation area.

Within the court yard is a shed for pushchairs/outboard motor stoarge.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR BOOKING:
1- We prefer to take bookings from Saturday to Saturday
2- Bank holiday weekends can only be booked in a Week's slot and not for 2-3 day

Salcombe

Salcombe is a delightful town located in South Devon with an interesting history. It was once a major port for the fruit trade and over the years has found fame as a safe haven for family holidays and visiting yachtsman.

The Salcombe estuary is a ria which is a land locked, salt water inlet, with beautiful sandy beaches. The whole site is a marine site of special scientific interest, a marine local nature reserve ad an area of natural outstanding beauty.

“excellent location, tired furnishings,steep stairs two sets could have been a problem”

location very good car parking workable. Furnishings very dated but well stocked kitchen etc. Two sets of steep steps we did not know about could have been a problem. Right in the centre in the thick of it so to speak this suited us. Salcombe as a holiday destination speaks for itself excellent.
