Description

The apartment is located 200 meters from the main square, directly on the Estoril beach, is on the top floor and has an area of about 110 square meters. We are next to the kitesurf, windfurf and surf points, and next to lots of goods restaurants.

It consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite in the master bedroom), a small service room and a beautiful big terrace with sea view.

We had a very nice stay in Boa Vista. The apartment was really nice and the terrace with the nice view was amazing!

Boa Vista a été la deuxième étape de notre séjour au Cap Vert après Santiago. Nous voulions tout d’abord trouver une maison d’hôtes à Sal Rei. Et puis le hasard a fait que nous sommes rentrées en contact avec Ayana et le reste s’est fait avec beaucoup de naturel et de facilité grâce à elle. Que dire de l’appartement Garoupa ? ... Qu’il est simplement parfait ! A mi-chemin de la place principale (où se trouvent quelques minimarkets ouverts tard le soir, le marché couvert et quelques petits restaurants délicieux), du petit port et de la plage. Il est joliment meublé et, sur le plan de l’équipement, absolument rien ne manque jusque dans les plus petits détails. Bien des hôtels ne proposent pas ce niveau de prestations. Connexion wifi, cellulaire à carte rechargeable, sèche-cheveux, safety box, machine à laver le linge, éclairage d’appoint en cas de panne d’électricité – elles sont fréquentes dans le pays ! –. L’appartement est assez vaste pour accueillir quatre à cinq personnes très confortablement. Lorsque nous y étions, début avril, l’environnement était calme et les nuits aussi. (Il faut savoir que presque toutes les villes du Cap Vert se développent et qu’il y a donc toujours la possibilité de travaux à proximité.) Et puis il y a cette terrasse où nous avons pu savourer nos petits-déjeuners et dîners devant une vue à 180° sur le bord de mer, tout simplement magnifique. Nous allions presque tous les jours nous installer quelques heures sous les parasols des clubs qui se trouvent à deux cent mètres, avec le sentiment d’avoir les installations pour nous seuls ou presque. Divin. L’irréprochable Ayana se rend très disponible pour ses hôtes et c‘est à la fois agréable et rassurant. Nous l’avons sollicitée à plusieurs reprises, entre autres pour des virées sur l’île et sorties en mer. (A Boa Vista, s’il faut faire un peu de tourisme à l’intérieur des terres où l’on rencontre parfois des paysages fascinants, mieux vaut tourner vos activités vers l’océan et ses incroyables plages de sable fin, toutes différentes, pour pratiquer le sorkeling, le kite ou... l’art de se laisser porter par la douceur de ne rien faire. Mais, par pitié, laissez de côté les énormes « resorts » sortis de terre il y a quelques années, qui défigurent certains coins. Encouragez plutôt les initiatives privées comme celle-ci, maisons d’hôtes ou locations, nettement plus respectueuses du cadre naturel et sauvage de l’île et tout aussi qualitatives, voire bien davantage !)
