Description

In a quiet street in La Noue and within a fenced orchard of about 4000m², we welcome you to 250 meters from the sea (beach lifeguard in summer) and 5 minutes walk from the center (400m - Place Tilleuls) where you can find all the useful shops and the daily market. To recharge two, with friends or family, we offer a recently renovated accommodation at little 25sqm living prices Double or single bunk beds (ask at a pre-contact), fully furnished and equipped with new equipment , cleanliness (dishes, bedding, etc.) embedded in a set of 6 independent apartments and ground floor in an enclosed orchard, where there reigns the calm. For your comfort, you have free WIFI access (inside and out) to use the internet during your stay and free laundry (LL & SL). This accommodation is for 4 people maximum. It consists in a traditional framework: A small room can be equipped either with 2 bunk beds of a person or a bed of 2 people, state (0,90m wide.) (1,40m wide.) at the time of booking. A living room (adjacent to the kitchen) with a sofa bed "sofa" (high-end model with a real mattress Bultex for daily sleeping and not extra -. 2x1,40m wide). A fully fitted kitchen (fridge, hob, sink and storage cupboard, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules) and coffee maker, small appliances, a dining area and an LCD TV TNT. A bathroom with shower and sink. a separate toilet in the bathroom. the property is equipped with electric heating. one or two terraces with garden furniture and parasol. outside, two Bicycle shelters covered two corners BBQ grills and a collective laundry (washing machine and dryer without coin) parking, located in the enclosed within the accommodation is provided for the community. a large play area for children.
