La Prunerie is a lovely self contained Gite which has been appointed to a very high standard with your comfort in mind.The main entrance is covered by a beautiful covered archway of honeysuckle which invites you into the hall, you can then turn right into a modern well appointed kitchen which leads out to the patio alfresco dining area and then onto the swimming pool area across the lawn. Alternatively if you come in the main entrance and turn right you will walk into a large airy sitting room with stone fire place, wood burner, two sofas and open plan dining at the far end, with another door leading to the side entrance. Leading off the living room is a double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower room, and large walk in cupboard. This self contained small gite is perfect for a couple that want to get away from it all and have a relaxing tranquil time.

The Gite has been extremely well appointed with your comfort in mind. It is an ideal and comfortable get away for 2 people but will happily accommodate 4 with the use of a sofa bed in the living room.

Our Gites are geared to those who want a comfortable and relaxing holiday, however we do offer amenities like bicycles, fishing tackle, badminton and petanque.

We have a menagerie of 2 friendly goats, 2 donkeys, and 3 dogs and guests are welcome to walk in the evenings with us through the woods when the whole menagerie walk with us through the woods and out into a beautiful plum orchard down to a lake.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tina & David (the owner) a message.

If Tina & David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
