This brand new second floor apartment, is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. It is a 3 minutes walk and a corner away from the beach, food shops and bus stops. It is served with lift and free fast Wi-Fi.

It has a front balcony where one can appreciate the distant view of the sea in the direction of St Paul’s Islands. This well lit and very bright white apartment has an attractive layout consisting of a large open plan on the front with a fully equipped modern new kitchen including, a new fridge freezer, cooker with oven and grill, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven and all necessary cutlery and dishes that one needs in a modern kitchen.

It has also two bedrooms, one which is equipped with a double bed and the necessary furniture and also an en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom is an L shaped room which can sleep four persons. Both bedrooms are equipped with the necessary linen for summer or winter. Both bedrooms can be prepared with

The spacious dining area has a seating space for six persons. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, and a New 32 inch LED TV is installed on a modern new wall unit

The apartment has a sleeping capacity of six people.

The apartment is situated in a quite residential area close to food shops, a pharmacy and a Bank which is served with an ATM. A Bus stop is situated a minute away. Beaches like Golden Bay, Ghadira Bay and Paradise Bay are quite easy to reach by bus or car. While the Gozo ferry boat is not far away.

There is also a small sandy beach three minute walk on the left hand side from the apartment, while on the right hand side you can find a safe swimming zone which is ideal also for sun bathing. The beautiful seashore is marvellous for a walk in the evening while stopping for an ice cream or having a beer in the peaceful atmosphere of the sound of the waves gently breaking against the rocks.

If one wants to have a good time by walking for fifteen minutes to the Bugibba entertaining area one can find lots of restaurants by the beach or at Bugibba square.

St Paul's Bay is a town in the North of Malta. Many Maltese and foreigners live there or have their summer residence. The town is mainly built on the shoreline. The sea is clean and tempting for a swim even in winter. Along the shore one can see restaurants and snack bars. Ice cream shops, bars and food shops are every where. Around the apar

The apartment is very well located in a residential area while at the same time close to the tourist town of Bugibba and Qawra. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants and wine bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, beauticians, and bus terminus are all within walking distance from the apartment. Scuba diving clubs are also available within walking distance.

If you fancy a swim, you can choose from a sandy beach or a rocky beach. These are both three minutes away from the apartment. Other sandy beaches like Mellieha Ghadira Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are accessible by car or by bus. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing stroll on the promenade by the sea. The bus stop is nearby and you can visit all Malta. If one would like to hire a car, there is free street parking.

From a nearby jetty you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The apartment is also close to Cirkewwa, where you can take the ferry boat to our sister island of Gozo. Otherwise you can swim and admire the Blue Lagoon at the island of Comino. In the village of St Paul’s Bay and around the island you will find various activities for all tastes, from scuba diving, snorkelling, sports, museums, History, excursions, feasts, art and music, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The Catholic Parish Church which is a five minute walk round the corner from the apartment is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows and is open for prayer or worship and all those who want to celebrate the Liturgy of the Mass on Sundays or weekdays, in the morning or evening.

The location of this apartment is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close. It is situated in a residential area which is a safe and tranquil both day and night. The apartment is Brand New, family run and well taken care of. Therefore we can give immediate assistance if needed. We can also provide airport transfers from the airport to the apartment from 5 Euro per person each way.

“Fantastic place to stay”

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is bright and airy, very comfortable and surprisingly large. Very comfortable beds and both the bathroom and en suite have terrific showers. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, We received excellent customer service from constantin , From the first contact to our return transfer he honestly couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble, We arrived in the early hours of the morning, tired and hungry and were delighted to find the lovely plate of sandwiches that Odette had left for us. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet residential area very close to the sea. it is very well served by local buses that make it easy to explore this magical island, We will definitely be returning to stay in this apartment a real home from home
