Description

Tikkidew has been skilfully converted to a high standard from an old stone barn, probably dating from the 17th century. The interior is open plan, and the cottage has been specifically designed for couples seeking real comfort and privacy. There is a 1st floor spacious bedroom gallery with a super king sized bed, or which can be made into two singles.

This gallery overlooks the large lounge with its traditional wood fire, luxury leather suit and intimate dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven / hob, dishwasher, clothes washer , microwave and large fridge freezer.

The modern bathroom offers both shower and bath. As a bonus, guests in Tikkidew receive free memberships to nearby China Fleet club. These allow use of the luxury Spa, heated indoor swimming pool & leisure club every day & golf at special member rates.

Outside Tikkidew has parking for 1 car, a private garden and eating area / BBQ.

Tikkidew changes over on Saturdays between July & September, but dates can be flexible in the Spring / Autumn months. Rates shown are inclusive of the China Fleet Club memberships. There is a 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

Tikkidew is double glazed and cosy with digital TV DVD & free internet access. Guests in Tikkidew also receive 2 free daily passes to the nearby China Fleet Club. These allow use of the luxury Spa, heated indoor swimming pool & leisure club & golf every day at special member rates.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
