The penthouse is set over around 130sqm with an astonishing 3 large terraces of which two having unobstructed seaviews and also city views.Moreover, this 3-bedroom penthouse has a spacious living/dining area with a fully functional kitchen flowing into the 1st front terrace with bbq, outdoor seating and jacuzzi. Furthermore, on the same floor, it has one double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower cubicle. On the 2nd floor one can find a further 2 bedrooms - one double and another twin with another family bathroom.

The iconic part of this floor are the amazingly large terraces in which each bedroom overflow. Making them both ideal for sun bathing and adorned with sunloungers. Both are private and unshared with other tenants and not overlooked by any neighbours. Moreover, each bedroom together with the living room come equipped with wall hung a/c units. This penthouse is ideal both for couple's retreat or family and friends as it is located off the busy nightlife in the eve, and thus giving way for a relaxing holiday during one's night when rest is essential. Moreover, one can enjoy fresco nights out on the terrace cooking outdoors with gas bbq.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rate according to the season.

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly upmarket and saught after residential resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julian's derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julian is a village for all ages and walks of life.

The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville and St Georges Bay - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casinos , numerous restaurants, cafes and other entertainment. The sea front from Gzira to St Julian's, which offers first stunning views across to Valletta and then open horizons, is a popular meeting place and ideal for walkers and joggers. St Julian's and Paceville are Malta's main nightlife areas. Picturesque St Julian's Bay, still used by fishermen, is lined with bougainvillea-clad cafés and restaurants. Paceville offers a vibrant nightlife to suit all tastes. Choose from the latest in club DJ music to quieter piano bars, an elegant casino and superb restaurants. Inland from these coastal resorts lie some of Malta's most urban yet sought-after residential areas. Nearby Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and café life. They are also key commercial and residential areas with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments. Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early 20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quieter back streets.
