The layout of this fifth floor level apartment consists of a combined living, kitchen and dining area with adjoining front terrace enjoying fantastic views, one luxurious double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds plus additional makeshift beds as required, both rooms with sea views, and one bathroom. Apartment measures approx. 65 sq. metres. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. This compact but comfortable apartment has just been newly refurnished and fully-equipped, with air conditioning installed in the bedrooms. For larger groups or more space, additional sleeping quarters are available - it is to be noted that reviews stating that apartment is huge refer to the apartment together with additional sleeping quarters. The apartment is fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. The apartment block is served by a lift. Transfer from airport to property (one-way) is included at no extra charge when staying more than 4 nights.We provide all the basics one might require during their stay, including beach towels, beach cooling bags, adaptors, first aid kit, basic cleaning stuff, umbrella, magazines and informative brochures about the islands, directions and bus routes, and much more.. This apartment forms part of a prestigious complex, St. George's Park, entered into from a private road, with individual apartments overlooking the sea front. It is a highly maintained residential complex with 24-hour security. Should our guests be renting a car, the complex offers its own private parking at no extra charge right in front of the apartment, an important consideration when staying in St, Julians as on-street parking is very difficult to find. Directly accessed from the common grounds of the complex, is a large outdoor hotel swimming pool which may be utilized against a fee payable at the hotel next door. Stunning views can be enjoyed while lounging or dining in your own private terrace, or we can recommend the best restaurants and hotspots in the area which can all be accessed by foot. Right across the road is the popular St George's Bay, marked as a blue flag beach. Various water sports are available within this beach, including diving, hire of boats, skiing and windsurfing, and boat trips to other parts of the island.
Nearby is a huge cinema complex including IMAX cinema, 10-pin bowling centre, fitness centres, Westin Dragonara Casino, BayStreet shopping complex, and a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, and state-of-the-art night clubs. BayStreet has a lively programme of events, many of which are aimed at families.
Despite all the surrounding activity, our guests always comment that it is tranquil and quiet once inside the apartment. The area is within walking distance to Sliema, Malta's most fashionable city, and the promenade, ideal for beautiful walks, stretches all the way to Valletta. Ferry boats and one day cruise boats depart from Sliema to the Blue Lagoon in Comino, Valletta's Grand Harbour and other hot spots!
Access to the public bus service is just outside the complex, and many of the island's tourist attractions are only one bus away. Renting a car is also a good option if you want to get to the farther reaches of the island, and the complex has its own parking facilities - a bonus in St. Julians where on-street parking is difficult to find. All the road signs are in English and driving is on the left. Major and local car hires offer daily rates of €16 - €28.

"Clean and spacious"
Everything in the apartment was clean and quite spacious. Great location to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We used free parking which was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked, we were able to make full dinners, with great views of the bay. Internet worked well. Only downside, and small was the lack of fitted sheets on beds, made it a bit annoying. Owners of the apartment were very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

We do believe the apartment is in a perfect location for guests holidaying on the island, and we strive to maintain our standards and to make our guests' stay enjoyable and stress-free. We always take heed of our guests' feedback, and will be providing fitted sheets for all the beds as suggested.

I travelled to Malta in May 2013 as part of a wedding party. The location of this apt was ideal to where most of the wedding party were staying and the wedding being held. (raddisson st julians). Only a ten minute walk. I shared this apt with one other person we both found it to be comfortable, well equipped, very clean, everything was in good working order and there was plenty of space and storage for our things. They had beach towels and a cool bag for the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking and eating meals there. Towels and bed sheets were extremely clean.I really can not fault this apartment. The girls that manage the apartment were lovely. Picked us up and checked in with us during the week to check all was ok and that we were enjoying our stay. A welcome pack with milk, water, pasta and wine plus a few other bits was there for us on arrival which came in handy until we found a supermarket close by the next day. The apartment had lovely views from the terrace and was peaceful and quite at all times. The location was perfect close to bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping centre and a small beach. Deposit was refunded with no problem on exchange of the keys at the end of our stay.

"Huge, clean and beautiful flat and excellent location"
I stayed in that beautiful flat for sixt days with my bus and, my brother and my daughter. We all were surprised because the flat was bigger than we thought and very new. It was perfectly clean and it has all the necesary things to have a comfortable stay. The landlady left a welcome pack with pasta, tomato, chips,water,milk and some fresa fruit on the fridge. The flat has also wifi what is a plus. The área is quite but at the same time 5 minutes walk from the bech and Paceville and a supermarket.The flat is huge and the views of the sea are beautiful. There's not air conditioneer but it is not necessary at all since the flat is cool.The owner has been very helpful all the time and left lots of written information on the things to do and see, nace restaurants. I really recomment to rent tris property. It was very comfortable and with parking for the car in case you rent.
Airconditioning has since been installed.

"Great apartment for the price!"
Very spacious. We had 8 family members (4 of them teens) and did not feel crowded. The owners were WONDERFUL to us. They went and got us an extra fan because it was quite hot in August and there is no air conditioning. Even drove us to the grocery store and showed us around a bit. They called us to see how things were going and if we needed help with anything. Beautiful view of the bay from the spacious balcony. Lots of night life, action, and young people nearby, if that is what you are looking for. Wii-fii was great, washer was a plus. Clean. We didn't use the kitchen much because we went out to eat most of the time but it seemed well equipped. It was perfect for us. This building was quiet, even though hotels nearby seemed a bit louder.
