A newly refurbished 3-bedroom apartment with style! Apart from the great location, this apartment is comfortably large walking distance to any amenity. It has two accesses on both streets.The apartment consists of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom and a kitchen living area.The apartment is very well lit, having an entrance hall leading to one side to a twin bedroom and on the other side two family bathrooms one with a shower closure and one with a bath. Both bathrooms being very spacious.

Following through the apartment, one can find an internal courtyard on one side where it gets a lot of natural light from it. Also the apartment has a further large master bedroom fully air-conditioned and a further single bedroom to which the 2nd bed (folding one) can be added at no extra costs for the 6th person to sleep in. This apartment is just a minutes away from the St Julians promenade which is full of shops, restaurants by the sea, ice cream parlours, internet cafes, daily cruise ships round Malta, or ferry boats that take you to the capital city Valletta.The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging. It is a great area to relax and enjoy the great panorama with boats passing by. The beaches are located just opposite the apartment and are ideal for swimming or sunbathing.St Julians is also famous for its sprawling night-life, with pubs, cinemas and entertainment centres minutes away.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.

Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.

The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euro per unit (1kwh).

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

The Island of Malta region

Set on the St Julians Prominade this apartment is set in one the best locations in Malta. St Julian's is now an extension of Sliema although it started life as a small fishing port based on Spinola and Balluta Bays. Like Sliema, it is now a major residential and tourist centre, and home to some of Malta's newest hotels. St Julian's merges with Paceville, Malta's main night-life centre where there are clubs, casinos and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.

Picturesque Spinola Bay is still used by fishermen whose traditional boats are housed just below the restaurants. The bay is particularly attractive at night and as a venue for open-air dining. The elegant Spinola Palace, built in 1658 by an Italian knight, Giovanni Spinola, is the landmark historic building on the bay. Another fine building with superb sea views is Villa Dragonara, now a casino, on the headland of St George's Bay.
