“Perfect apartment”

We stayed here for 10 days and couldn't have been happier. The location is great on a quiet road but only a 2 minute walk from Spinola bay and the bars and restaurants in St Julian's. The apartment had everything we needed and we made good use of the balcony. We'd definitely visit again.

Everything about this apartment was absolutely superb. It is modern and spacious, perfect for a couple, and just a short walk to St Julians and the bay. The service ad communication was great. Definately recommended if you are looking for somewhere to say in Malta!

“Met all our requirements”

To start with, we took the option of an arranged lift from the Airport to the Apartment with "Paul" the company driver. He was very courteous and friendly. Apartment is well presented and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Air-Con within all rooms, however there was a strange smell coming from the main bathroom/laundry room. Location wise the apartment is off Spinola Bay which is a great location within the St.Julian's Area. However be warned if you suffer from low-fitness or any difficulties walking. The apartment is up 2 streets from Spinola Bay, both offering inclines of varying difficulties.

Gavin, we would appreciated being informed during your stay that there was a drainage blockage which unfortunately is not a rarity in summer. The plumber would have simply unblocked the clog in the toilet drains which do get blocked especially if all sorts of things are thrown into it, accumulate and create a blockage. There are other ways which lead to the apartment to avoid the hill from the Spinola Bay side. It is from the Balluta Bay side or else there is a path which leads from mid way Sir George Borg Olivier Street which leaves just the lesser of the short inclining streets. However, you are correct to say that if you suffer from very low-fitness, any walking impairments...or had one too many ( smile ) the road does look and feel steeper. We thank you once again and we are glad that we were of service.

Very nice apartment would stay again. Would have been nice to have had a bottle of water for a late arrival after midnight. The bathrooms could have done with some disinfectant supplied for the toilet and drains. Graham and his daughter were very helpful with a couple of problems that were out of their control and sorted them out efficiently. Also Graham bought us a drink for the inconvenience when he was passing "The City of London" bar, which we thought was a very kind gesture. Paul the taxi diver was very nice and helpful.

“Lovely apartment”

We stayed here for a week. This is a lovely clean apartment and the description is accurate. It is accessed through a private courtyard which can be seen in one of the photos. All the appliances and services (eg the internet) were in full working order....if you have an ipad or other computer we suggest you take it. It is only a 4 or 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars and the promenade. The nearest supermarket is about 4 minutes walk. The flat is accessed up a short hill which takes less than 2 minutes to walk (I timed it for this review). Although smokers are welcome (we are non-smokers) the flat information invites smokers to use the balcony and so we found the flat to be smoke free. Graham replied to all emails very quickly, arranged airport transport and met us when we arrived to show us around and answer questions...he could not have been more helpful..thanks Graham.

“Lovely apartment, excellent communication, extremely friendly & helpful owner”

Modern, very tastefully decorated and spacious apartment, situated in a beautifully restored old building. It is in a very quiet but central area of St. Julians, only a few minutes walk to the seafront, some lovely restaurants and bars. The communication was excellent-from our first enquiry email, through the whole stay to our departure. All emails and any other requests were answered promptly, all wishes – considered. Apart from the perfect organization, Graham was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you! We had a truly lovely stay in Malta. No doubt, I would book it once again!

“Excellent service”

Service from the owner was good, and very helpful, meeting us on arrival, and arranging a taxi for us for our return to the airport. The property was stylish with modern facilities and very clean and as we expected. Plenty of space to lay out our maps and books. Location was convenient to bus services, although we had a car for a few days, and were able to park within the street. All domestic requirements - food etc - was easily obtained locally within walking distance.

“Lovely apartment, definitely would recommend”

A lovely new building finished to a good standard. Very secure entry. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Good location although the apartment is up a steep road! On street parking available although that doesnt always mean that there would be a space. Two minute walk from nearest bar. Lots of restaurants in area, offering local food and also chain restaurants. Great for all ages.
